Bidra med feedbackThis Chick Fil A is ridiculous. Every single time we come to this particular one they always mess up our orders. And we do mobile orders plus the sticker on the bag is right but what they give you is wrong. Order 2 unsweet teas, they give you 1 sweettea and 1 unsweet (this has happened at least 3 times). 2 of the bacon, egg and cheese English muffins fried. You get 1 grilledas 1 fried. No utensils to eat a hash down bowl. And the most recent order same thing with the teas again plus order a 2 piecechicken strip and they only gave us 1 strip. I paid $3.25 for 1 chicken strip. Honestly, we?d go back to get it fixed but theirparking lot is so awful that if you park you cannot get back out and have to wait in the drive thru line to leave again. ThisCFA is closer to us than the one in Riverstone but I will be driving to Riverstone now after so many mess us.
I was amazed on how fast I got my order. They also kept the take out line moving. The salad was very good it had fruit in it. Apples, blueberries and strawberries.
I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and I recently had the opportunity to pick up a large order for a party of 40. We placed the order three days in advance, scheduled for 1:30 PM, and arrived a little early to grab some lunch after informing them about the party order. By 1:28 PM, they had everything ready and even offered to help us carry it to the car. The drive-thru was busy, as is typical for Chick-fil-A, but it was moving with impressive efficiency. Inside, the restaurant was packed, with people placing orders that were delivered to their tables in just a few minutes. Two staff members were diligently cleaning the dining area without disturbing the patrons. It’s easy to see why Chick-fil-A is so popular and always bustling with customers. And as for the food, I can’t praise it enough. I consistently know I’ll receive excellent quality food at Chick-fil-A. It's never a hit or miss; their service and food are always spot on.
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant during lunch hours. The traffic is incredibly congested, and there's no designated car lane for driving around the building. There is only one drive-thru lane, and right next to it is where you wait for someone to bring your food to your car. If you simply want to park and go inside, you're out of luck. The location is far too small for what they are trying to operate. Additionally, there are no employees outside to take orders before you reach the menu kiosk.
Not a great experience. When we arrived to dine, we were told where we could sit. We even witnessed the staff asking a family to move, despite the dining room being crowded and having no available seating. It’s not the best atmosphere for enjoying a meal when you're out for dinner.
