I'm picking up an order. The person who is making the orders told me my order will be the last item he makes. I think there are at least three people who ordered after I arrived. I dont appreciate having to wait. Edit. There were two people who ordered after I got here who already got their food. Its been atleat 10 min. My advise, dont order from here. Edit #2: It seems the guy didn't like that I was standing by the counter. I wonder why...

My encounter with a male shift leader at Oberweis was less than satisfactory. Their focus on socializing with colleagues appeared to overshadow their responsibilities, leading to a noticeable drop in operational efficiency. Additionally, he displayed a shocking lack of respect towards both his staff and customers. A stronger commitment to leadership and professionalism would greatly benefit the team and customers alike.

Always helpful! Came in today and the 2 ladies in the front were very kind enough to point out the buy 3 get 1 free pints since I had brought up 3 pints. I would have never known and would have missed out on a free pint. Always a friendly staff. Great job!
