Bidra med feedbackI decided to visit the location in Aim since I didn’t want to go to the shopping center, but I was disappointed. The baristas there were unfriendly and made drinks that were overly icy. They seemed to lack basic knowledge and professionalism. My experience at that location was terrible, and I will definitely stick to the shopping center from now on for my drinks. For anyone looking to enjoy a great beverage, I highly recommend going to the café in the shopping center instead of the one in Aim.
Mobile ordering saved the day once again, haha! My partner really enjoyed the dishes we ordered, and I was able to get their food easily. Perfect score: 5/5!
I ordered a cappuccino with one sweetener, and instead, I received what tasted like sugary water. This happened to me twice. Just because the place has a lively atmosphere doesn’t mean they should shortchange their customers. I would give this place a -10 stars if I could.
I always buy Starbucks coffee and I have alway s had a decent experience, but in the queens center mall it was not a good experience the girl at the cash was very nice, but the guy who had made the coffee did not offer good customer service and he was rude!
If I can rate this Starbucks 0 stars I would! The employees are always rude and they have preferences on people. I kindly asked them for water which is free and quick to just prepare because I was dehydrated, they neglected me and asked me to join the long line. Someone else asked for it and they just gave it to that customer. No professionalism at all and they have a horrible attitude problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!
