Pizza Hut Express - Elmira

Not too thrilled with this location. I happen to be sitting in the parking lot and notice the driver carrying 3 pizza bags out of the store and one of the bags was sideways pretty much. So that pizza would have been on its side. I did call the store tovoice the complaint but nobody understood when I said the pizza bag was basically on its side, they thought I was talking abouttheir driving. Very frustrating to voice a complaint that they don?t understand. I spoke very clearly and had to repeat it atleast 3 times. This happened tonight December 15th at around 5:40 pm.

The food is awesome and delicious. The team members are friendly. I hope for more business from others to support them.

Got a large pizza, 1 dip and 1 pop and it was $50?.. and the quality wasn?t the greatest. The ?regular? crust was paper thin and fell apart. The deals offered aren?t really deals, rather normal pricing made to look like deals because the regular menu prices are sky high. Baffles me how they can charge so much. $3 per topping and they give you 6 little tiny pieces?. Save your money and order from a different pizza shop in town.

My experience with the Elmira pizza hut has been great. I've only ever ordered online and they always get my order right and made on time. It is more pricey, but I find the quality to be much better than other places around. Shout out to Hardy! He has made my last few orders and they have been awesome!

Great service. I usually have Hardy getting my order together. He is always friendly and the pizza he makes is always hot and fresh.
