Tim Hortons - ELMSDALE

The first time we had a problem in this place. Try to order some ham and cheese sandwiches and coffee as a combo, and the cashier said the cashier wouldn't let them do it... even if it was on the signage above. had to pay separately. complain, but no help from a superior or any staff. Maybe people should consider coffee and a sandwich at Burger King next door or restaurant next to Circle K.

Although I'm not out of the area, I have a family living there, I often stop at Elmsdale Tims. On almost every occasion there is a person on the counter with the rest on the ride thru. The customers I see without leaving service are almost every... When I visit. Although the staff is kindly a courtesy, you must be able to afford a second counterpart, especially during your busy times of the day thanks.

At about 10 a.m. on the way back from an Airport Motel stay. The food was not cooked or fresh. We bought 2 breakfast sandwiches . English muffin style. My wife asked that the muffin be re-roasted, first thought that would fix it.... She re-toasted or delivered new she was not safe. But that wasn't the problem. They tasted 3 weeks old. The bacon was still cold and the eggs were inside. They offered to try to do them again for a third time, and we said that things were not corrected for the first time or for the second time. We were expecting them to offer our money for the sandwiches, but no. So we left the sandwiches there and told them we couldn't eat them and left them without money supply. We won't be there. I guess Tim Hortons stressed the workers so strongly that she finally took her toll. Quality is just not there anymore. I hope this is not the way of the future of this once big franchise. Old Tim Horton wouldn't be proud.

We are always met with a friendly hello and they get your order right. A large staff, no complaints here

We stopped for a breakfast meal and when we got to the counter my mind went blank. The server asked me questions and I wasn’t saying anything. She immediately started to joke with me and we started laughing out loud. She was amazing at what...she does and I’m just sorry that I can’t remember her name. It was the best customer service we have ever received at Tim Horton’s!
