McDonald's - Elsternwick

The restaurant has appalling restroom facilities that are only accessible if you have a car. The staff is impolite and there is a lack of toilet paper in the restrooms. Additionally, the floors are unclean.

Very poor. Uninterested service. Cold food (replaced without apology). Age and stale. It must be better to McDonalds in the area

Very slow service when ordering and waiting for 1 hamburger was not to believe. I was even addressed by a panhandler who looked at my wallet while I was on order. And I noticed that the waiter did other things with my order before he brought mine to my table.

Awful poor food, bad service, smells funny, wrapping tasted like a rubber band but jamie fancies the coffee maker man so 1 star

My husband visited McDonalds in Elsternwick last Saturday. We were extremely disappointed with our order. My husband ordered a chicken wrap, all the filling was at the bottom of the wrap! There was not enough sauce on the wrap, he was extremely disappointed, and swore...that he would never order another one. He also ordered 10 chicken nuggets for me. The staff member didn't ask if he wanted the chicken spicy nuggets,or just the normal. He was given 10 chicken nuggets, they were extremely dry, had been sitting for a while, when he arrived home the chicken nuggets arrived with no dipping sauce, staff member neglected to add the sauces, you can't eat these nuggets without a dipping sauce. The first bite I had was terrible, I couldn't eat anymore! So the rest were thrown out! Do you have to ask for the sauces? Shouldn't they come without having to ask for them?Sweet chilli and barbeque sauces are ones that normally accompany the chicken nuggets. Also we generally go to McDonalds for breakfast. My husband orders the toasted sandwich and I order the egg and bacon muffin. Last time we ordered this my husbands toasted sandwich was chewy,it had been sitting for awhile. Shouldnt you make and toast while we wait? I was disappointed in my muffin, it was dry,bacon overcooked. Just a suggestion,I think it needs a smear of chutney on the bun, to bring it all together? I don't think we will be rushing back to ELSTERNWICK McDONALDS anytime soon.
