I admit this motel was a nice surprise. Very clean, tiled floors throughout so you can see its clean. The most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. (I actually took a pic of the label so I could find one for home). Huge smart TV for a motel room. Big rain shower head. Kitchenette with a fridge that was a real fridge freezer. Money has been well spent upgrading these rooms with the travelers luxury in mind. Service: 5

Route 66 is my preferred place to stay in Emerald. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. A notable incident occurred when my daughter accidentally left her brand new water bottle in the freezer of our room. The staff graciously agreed to send it back to me. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 5. The hotel offers great value!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. I've visited this place several times in the past, and it has consistently been clean, with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. While I haven't had a chance to use the pool, it looks beautiful and well-maintained from what I've seen. I highly recommend staying here. Service: 5
