Bidra med feedbackRecently he started working in Emeryville and randomly stumbled at this place. I'm so happy! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I tried the Spicy Beef Empanada and ordered a second after the attempt. The Chimichuri sauce is SOOO delicious! Also an Asian scene taken home. The hot chocolate has the perfect touch of sweetness. In any case, a favorite breakfast spot!
Super tasty although somewhat pricey empanadas and good coffee. Sometimes there's a short line here in the mornings, but it moves quickly.
GREAT chai with oat milk. I get suspect when I order a house chai from a new place, but this barista/owner NAILED it, making it taste great even with a shot of espresso. Loved the independent, funky vibe with locally made snacks and lunch options. Will come back to try there Peruvian Emapanadas.
Service was fast and welcoming. They did a great job with the interior and I believe all the previous construction is finished now. I had a veggie empanadas (spinach and Gruyere cheese). Given that I felt the price was high for a single empanadas, and it did not taste good, I did not think it was worth the visit. May visit again if they get new veggie flavors. Edit changed from 3 stars to 5 stars- tried the kale salad and the chicken empanadas and they both were so tasty!
A fantastic spot in Emeryville for coffee and light bites. Their empanadas are delicious, but you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Just be sure to find parking, as it can be a bit tricky in the area.
