I ordered carry-out during today’s lunch service: crab salad, KBBQ beef short rib. Unfortunately, the small side of kimchi had clearly gone bad, so I set that aside. Then, I found that roughly 70% of each beef slice was fat; what little meat I could separate was like a thicker version of Jack Link’s teriyaki beef jerky. The avocado in the crab salad was also underripe. I’ve gotten takeout from Ichiban a handful of times before without any problem. I’m not sure what went wrong today, but wow did it go wrong.

Waited over 45 min to get cold food and we had hibachi. Ordered filet minion and shrimp and we literally got 4 small pieces of steak and 4 shrimp. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
