J's Carry Out - Emporia

I love her food! So far my favorite is her Cheeseburger, but I haven't tried everything yet. The staff is friendly. When seats are available, they are quick to clean from the table so that others sit and enjoy their delicious American dishes. The waiters are attentive. Then, the best part: the free ice cone to finish your dinner, yum! Thanks for another good experience, J's!

They have the best service and friendly staff. The food is very good. My whole family loves to eat at this place.

We love J's. We ate there all the time when we lived in Emporia. My kids still go there for great food. Always stop there when we visit. Everything on the menu is great.

WOW!!!! Food was excellent but the service was extraordinary! ...... Seriously, better service than you would get at an expensive sit down restaurant and totally unexpected at a carryout burger joint. Never let my drink get empty, three different employees asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. And then there's the FREE ICE CREAM......What? Realy? Yes, free ice cream. Any time I am traveling through Emporia I will def stop in for a meal.

I have said for years. This is the crown jewel of Emporia. When I was overseas and I was craving an American burger it wasn't just any burger it was a J's Burger specifically. They have a lot of other stuff on the menu that I hear is really good, but I can't seem to order anything else but a double cheeseburger with bacon and onion rings. This is the first place I bring people to when they are visiting from out of town.
