Subway - Emporia

They completed the entire Eat Fresh Refresh initiative, but I opted for the classic BMT. Delicious!

I noticed they are training new employees this week, and they're being very thorough. When I ordered a chopped salad, I was impressed by the generous portion size—it's just as big as their sandwiches, so you really get a hearty meal. They do have an online pickup area next to the register, which is convenient for those who order online; you can just grab your drink at the register when you pick up your meal. Although the new employees are still getting the hang of it and may not be as quick yet, it's great to see fresh faces learning the ropes. Overall, my experience was positive!

I ordered some food but they forgot to include a cookie. It wasn't a huge issue, so I decided to go back and ask for it. I didn’t expect much, but they actually offered me something for the inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up with two cookies! The customer service was truly excellent.

The store was one of the smaller storefronts I have been in, it could get a little cramped if a large group were to arrive. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were 2 staff members on duty. The female sandwich artiest (I assume that was a manager) was engaging with every customer and made sure that everyone was greeted when they arrived, and were wished a good day as they left. I had a pleasant experience and a good lunch.

This is the best Subway experience I've ever had! The staff here were so incredibly kind and joked with me a bit about my order.
