Chipotle consistently delivers good food, and our recent order was no exception. I want to express my gratitude to the staff today. We were in a rush and had placed our order ahead of time. When we arrived at the scheduled time, our food wasn't where it should have been. Initially, we were informed that they hadn't checked their online orders. However, it turned out our order had been prepared and placed on the pickup rack, but someone else had taken it. The staff was very apologetic, quickly prepared a replacement order for us, and even credited us for the purchase. Thank you once again for the excellent customer service!
