Lobster West - Encinitas

Just delicious! I ordered the epic lobster roll (double meat) and it was fantastic. The bread makes it from many others. It's like a Texas toast roll, butter and crispy.

If there's a lobster roll, I usually command it, so I feel like I have a lot to compare and that's one of the best I've ever had. Many lobsters, butter roasted soft bread and just taste. I usually get my Connecticut style, which is served warm and buttery vs Maine, which is chilled with Mayo. You also have other options such as crab and shrimp roll and combos if you want to try everything.

Nice host/order taker. 1st time there....the rolls were small. I'm a New Englander and the roll was good but for $25 there was only about .25 lb of meat if that. They do offer extra if you want more. Whoopie pie was good.

A bit expensive but so delicious! Even though the lobster roll looks kind of small, it's quite filling(especially if you ordered a side salad). As a bonus, you can order here, walk 5 min, and have a dinner with a breathtaking sunset view.

DELICIOUS! I ordered the Nor?easter (lobster roll shrimp roll crab roll all junior sized and it?s perfectly seasoned and the toast is crunchy and buttery) with the $10 flight of 3 soups (crab, New England clam chowder lobster bisque). Chill music playing.
