Battaglini Bakery - Endicott

The Italian bread at this restaurant in Endicott used to be the best, but recently it seems to be under-baked. The crust isn't as dark as before and is softer, and I've noticed a lot of holes in the bread. Overall, it’s still better than most, but it just isn’t as good as it used to be.

This bakery is truly exceptional! It's hands down the best bread I've ever tasted. I've traveled across the country and around the globe, but nothing compares to this. They practice traditional baking methods that are rare to find. I believe they should enter a bread competition, but the unique oven and process they use are impossible to replicate. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you have the opportunity to try this bread, you'll see that it stands out on its own!

This is the best bread any place. I won't name names but always went to another Italian bakery until I picked up a warm delicious loaf of Battaglini's bread. Now I have to take this out of state because no state has any as good. I think it's fun to buy it outside the bakery. Thanks for doing a great job.

Been going here since I was a little girl.. the BEST bread in NY. Reminds me of Italy and the fresh smell will keep you coming back for more !!

It's a family tradition! My grandfather used to take my brother and me here when we were kids, and we would always arrive just as they pulled the bread out of the oven. It was incredible every time! Now, I'm excited to continue that tradition with my own children!
