Key West Sub Shop - Englewood

I have always enjoyed the sandwiches at Wrenches West Subs, but today I witnessed an employee handle money with their gloves on, then continue to make sandwiches without washing their hands multiple times. This seems to be a health code violation, so I may not be ordering from here again.

The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional. The meatball sub was delicious and packed with flavor. The chef salad was enormous. We can't wait to return and try more sandwiches.

I used to love this restaurant, but the new owners have made unnecessary changes that ruined the experience for me. I can't remember the last time I had to ask for something as basic as a sandwich order. I won't be returning, as they should stick to what works and not fix what isn't broken.

The best subshop in the city! so many tasty subparts, my favorite side the pressed pizza sub. my man loves the hemingway. the personal is so friendly. they know my command in the heart! always smile on their faces, no matter how busy they are. I'll eat here as long as I live in this city!

Love this sub shop! Food is so good and the staff are so friendly. The only thing is their phone. Just need a holding option so you don’t have to call back over and over to place an order. Always go here for lunch!
