Bidra med feedbackEating was hot, leaving the frits, DT speakers were terribly forced to move forward. He waited for about 7 minutes on the window so someone would welcome us. There was a person in front of us and they moved away shortly after we had them in the window behind us.
This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen in my 52 years on this planet. It appears the employees could care less about customer service. They are regularly out of menu items and the concept of “fast food” escapes them. The food service industry can be a thankless job but there is no need to be rude especially if your lunch menu is displayed during breakfast hours. The only reason you get one star is due this system not allowing me to leave it blank.
I know everywhere is understaffed these days, but the staff that is there does not need to be so rude and unfriendly and make you feel like you're a nuisance for coming in there. I will never go back to Burger King again
It takes way to long to get food here. Management must need replacement. 35 min wait time and only 2 people in the drive through. Looking at the other reviews this is common so I'm going to just contact corporate I recommend if you have a similar experience save your receipt and do the same so they know who is on staff and should be held accountable for this poorly run establishment.
Mr. Will as the employees referred to him has to be one of the worst managers I have ever seen as a customer. The line employees asked for help with a rush of customers and he told them I need to be in here (in their office) doing paperwork and I 'm not getting written up for that and then went back into the office
