Bidra med feedbackUnlike many steakhouses that offer à la carte menus, this one includes a delightful house salad mixed at the table with each entrée, along with a choice of potato or vegetables. I ordered the pork chop, which was thick yet tender, flavorful, and juicy. The baked potato was generously sized and came with a selection of toppings. For dessert, I enjoyed the "Walk Through the Black Forest," which consisted of a small Black Forest brownie and delicious cherry ice cream. Though it’s not an upscale venue, this restaurant provided a superb dining experience with amazing service and delicious food.
As soon as we entered the dimly lit ambiance of Silverado Steakhouse, we were greeted by the enticing aroma of expertly cooked meats filling the dining area. We were quickly seated at a booth towards the back of the restaurant, in accordance with our reservation. Our waiter arrived promptly to take our drink orders and provide us with water. We received menus, and the specials for the evening were shared with us. My friend and I both decided to try the filet and scallop special. A basket of bread was delivered to our table, and we were informed of its flavors – it was absolutely delicious. Next, our salads arrived, featuring crisp, fresh lettuce accompanied by a dressing that perfectly complemented the dish without overpowering it. When the main course was served, I was pleased to find my steak cooked to a perfect medium, accompanied by perfectly prepared scallops. The mashed potatoes were flavorful, and the asparagus spears were equally delicious. Overall, Silverado Steakhouse did not disappoint, and I would confidently compare it to other high-end establishments like Hanks at Green Valley Ranch and Oscars in the Plaza. I would be more than happy to return to Silverado for another dining experience. The service, ambiance, and meal were all exceptional.
While the filet mignon trio was a creative concept that I appreciated for its variety of sauces, I found that only one of the three sauces was to my liking, so I didn’t enjoy this dish as much as I’d hoped. We also ordered the bone-in prime rib, which was superb. It came in a generous portion, so if you don’t order any sides, the flavor may become monotonous after a while—but I suppose that’s a common issue with steak dishes. The restaurant's interior reminded me of a classic eatery from the 1960s, with table booths lining the perimeter and a warm lighting atmosphere that evokes a touch of nostalgia.
Be sure you make your RSVP! This iconic Las Vegas Steakhouse is not easy to just get into! It fills up for good reason. Beautiful classic dining room! Excellent service! And some of the Best Steaks you can find. I'm so not exaggerating! The meat literally melts in your mouth! The stuffed Portabellas were delish! My steak was Perfectly cooked to MR. The flavors were significantly better than anyone else! When I tell you melt in your mouth, I mean like soft Butter baby! Every bite was delightful! Our server was professional and personal! The Wine List was structured,in various price ranges and regions so anyone could find a Treasure to accompany their meal perfectly! This is such a great Date Night spot if you want to impress or for special occasions. Surprisingly the prices of the menu I found to be quite moderate for the service and quality !!!
Service was extremely friendly and they were able to accommodate walk-ins. The raisin bread with butter was the highlight. We ordered the following: House Smoked Baby Back Ribs $14: 6 bones with BBQ sauce 3/5 Bone In Rib Eye $58: Medium Rare but had to cook it more since it was more on the rare side. The Mashed Potatoes and Salad tasted more delicious than the meat. 3/5 Black Truffle Mac and Cheese $12: Pass. It was almost inedible. Tasted more alcohol than truffle or cheese 0/5 High hopes, but the redeeming quality is the water service, bread, and sides. South Point disappointed :
