Snow Dragon - Ephraim

They're food is always so good and they are so fast! The service is great and you never have an empty glass which to me is very important. Its one of the best Chinese restaurants in Utah and I've been around. Oh and if you go you have to try there sweet and sour anything. Its the best sweet and sour sauce by far!

My husband and I dine here occasionally, and we always have a great experience. I especially love the sweet and sour chicken! The staff is fantastic and very friendly. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We visit this restaurant frequently due to its quick service, fresh vegetables, and delightful flavors. We're continually impressed by the quality of the Chinese food, especially considering it's situated in the heart of Utah.

We dined here three times, and each experience has been excellent! The menu offers a great variety of dishes. I wouldn't recommend the extra dinner add-on, as the egg roll was a bit too crunchy and the soup was just average. The service is outstanding, and they will prepare your food just the way you like it. The atmosphere isn't overly fancy, but it's perfectly fine. The staff is quick and friendly, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends. There aren't many options in Manti and Ephraim, and if you enjoy Chinese food, you won't be disappointed!
