Chris's New York Pizzeria - Ephrata

I stopped at the weekend because I was hungry for a good cold Italian sub. The place was full! I put my order and waited, and waited, and waited.... Finally, one of the chefs asked what I was waiting for. When I told him that I was there for my Italian, he pulled it out of a shelf I watched and asked if the sub was my whole time! I was annoyed that the sub was sitting there for more than 10 minutes and when I expressed my discontent, the chef decided to argue with me loudly in front of the entire restaurant! I'll never go there again. Don't go in there and bring these rude people dissatisfaction! You're not afraid to be unprofessional! Why should an entrepreneur argue about the long waiting period that the customer had to bear? I bet the front server lady (which was obviously in a panic because she could not come with the amount of customers) must have changed from this sub at least 20 times! When I got the sub-house, it was warm. Never again!

IVE EATEN ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I MUST SAY THE FOOD AT CHRISS IS SUPER CHICKEN PARM TO DIE FOR AND THE STUFFED PIZZA NO ONE MAKES IT LIKE CHRIS AND THE STROMBOLI MAN IT SO GOOD I CANT STOP EATING IT THEY HAVE GREAT NEW YORK PIZZA GOOD JOB CHRIS

In response to the comment below, it’s clear that when a restaurant is this busy, the food must be fantastic to draw such a crowd. I’ve been a regular patron for quite some time and have never witnessed anyone yelling at a customer; it seems that may have been a bit of an exaggeration. If a customer is unhappy, the staff typically does their best to resolve the issue.

The pizza here is fantastic! It's the perfect way to enjoy authentic New York food. I absolutely love it—it's truly great! Mmmmm!
