Five Guys - Ephrata

Usually happy with five guys, but this time I came disappointed. Got home and opened my burger and it was very pink on the inside. definitely not sufficiently cooked. If it had been withdrawn, I had ordered the takeover.

Juicy, Tasty and cooked perfectly. It has been a while since I've visited. My first review for 5 guys, but it's not my first time coming to one. The fries were cooked to my liking ... can't complain. Thank you for the service and accommodating my request. See y'all soon ?

I like their food but when calling in they never drop the fries so you are stuck waiting . Even if you specify please drop the fries right away... you gotta wait 10 minutes while your burgers getting cold

Potatoes are not edible. No sauces, no ketchup, non carbonated cola. The cheeseburger is not worth the money. my potatoes were thrown into a bag. I will not come again we spent 50 and were left hungry and unhappy.

I?ve eaten at many different Five Guys locations, spanning multiple states, and have never been disappointed? until now. Both my husband and my burgers looked like a murder scene with ketchup and mustard. I don?t shy away from condiments but this? this was an obscene amount. I don?t think the picture does it justice. I?ll stick to the other Five Guys locations in the area that don?t resort to such excesses.
