The Log Cabin - Epping Forest

I stopped by this week to meet a friend for breakfast. The food was nice and tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the chips. Since I live within walking distance, I plan to return again soon.

The log cabin is a must-visit spot that stands out from other options in the area. If you're craving a hearty full English breakfast or something similar, this is the place for you. Don't forget to bring cash and come hungry!

It's a shame they don't take card payments. Nice ambience. Not keen on animal relics on the wall however, being a vegetarian. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is basically a 'greasy spoon ' with an American-style interior and no pretensions. Very good food witha reasonable 'breakfast ' choice. Staff generally pleasant if some show inexperience by returning from serving with empty hands when there are items awaiting clearance from table. Having lived in te area for over 30 years, my wife and I regret not having discovered it sooner.
