Casey's - Erie

The lady at the register was delightful. However, I think someone should have a conversation with the older woman wearing glasses who was cooking in the back around 2:30 PM on May 7, 2023. She seems to have forgotten that her role is to prepare food for customers, not to leave it sitting in the warmer all day. I picked up a couple of items from the warmer and overheard her muttering under her breath and slamming things around, which felt quite unprofessional and immature. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her behaving this way. Service: Takeout.

"The bathroom was very clean. For our meal, we opted for takeout for dinner. The price per person was between $1 and $10. As for the food, I would rate it a 3, the service also a 3, and the atmosphere was a bit lacking, receiving a 2."

I ordered pizza and wings, and ended up waiting a long time—82 minutes, to be exact. I wouldn't have chosen to wait that long, but my daughter had surgery today, so it was a tiring day for all of us. I was just hoping for a simple, quick dinner! When my husband went to pick up the order, it had been nearly 90 minutes since we placed it. There were two new cooks in the kitchen, and unfortunately, they hadn't even started on our order. They couldn't even give us an estimate on how much longer we would have to wait. Almost two hours after placing our order, we finally received at least one item: eight overcooked wings. To top it off, the cashier was rude to my husband, which was just unacceptable!

Went in today to get a 12 in sub and the cook told the cashier no she wouldn't make me a sub. I won't be going back to Casey's in Erie ever again. Not impressed at all with customer service

Today I ordered a small Supreme and some bread sticks. Thelma was working and it was some quick and on time. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had from there and we were very happy with our order. Great job Thelma
