Kfc - Erie

I love this KFC, the food is always great and the staff is very kind, it does take a bit but when you get your food it?s absolutely delicious!

Many angry customers wait for 40 minutes. the manager has not done his job. many new rentals worked and made jobs in which they were not properly trained. he just did a job instead of helping. a more experienced person who was not a manager, rose and began to accelerate this process. if it weren't for him, the lobby would have been just people waiting for an hour. I come back and give a better review if you are justified. hopefully, the manager can become a leader and show the new workers how to do the job.

Really has gone downhill. The pieces of chicken were tiny especially the wings, (why bother with them) barely no meat on bones. Place looked filthy inside

Went into KFC to grab a quick lunch to go....there's nothing quick about this place. I was 5th in line it took 20 minutes to be waited on. Very slow checkout worker for inside restaurant. Definitely would use drive thru next time, orders seemed to be filled faster that route. Restaurant overall seemed clean and cashier was religious about washing hands, which was pleasing to see.As far as food, crispy chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and tasty. Biscuit was hard and not enjoyable to my taste, which was a huge disappointment. I would recommend using the drive thru, the service may be more efficient.

The food was pretty good but the order was wrong I don't understand why they can't add I didn't get all my food called back they put my name on a list to get the right amount of food that I was supposed to get and the correct food that I was supposed to get I don't know what the problem is but I might have to think about going somewhere else instead of KFC d a n n o out
