Torero's - Erie

When they follow my restaurant reviews, they have now found out that I like Mexicans to eat. torero is certainly in this category. another authentic Mexican restaurant with a menu full of delicious regional cuisine from the interior of the country. the selection of fish and sea fruits reminded of the trios of the coastal parts near cancun and the half island yucatan. I ordered my usual chips and cheese dip. her cheese was slightly flavored with jalapenos and had a bite that was built and lingered but not exaggerated. excellent start. I ordered a coke in a bottle because they have this choice. it is not as carbonized as the fountain. the salsa who accompanied the chips was more on the chili taste side than is my pleasure, but still pleasant. for my lunch I ordered tacos de carbon. there were three maistortillas with steak and sides of rice bean, guacamole and salad/tomat with something zilantro. it reminded me of the streets tacos I loved so much. my waiting person was friendly and attentive, although he also had a party of 15 in my section. he kept a vigilant eye on my single person standing up to me, he was engaged and hard at work I paid the register card on the table and ended my visit with some pictures of the place...joy y’all! you will not be disappointed! have a great day!

Our family loved everything we ordered! the margaritas are huge, and so are the portions! we were so full and some of us had rest. the tacos were overflowing queens,sadillas were thick, and foolish were moist and tasteful!

Wow! What a great little place! Authentic Mexican with giant helpings at a great price! Delicious homemade chips and salsa. My quesadilla was the best I've had in years. Everything fresh and hot. Staff was prompt and attentive. Wheelchair accessible, although double door entry not motorized. Even my daughter's chicken fingers and fries were crisp and delicious! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Always good people and food. Food and service are always consistent. Couldn't ask for a better place to get real authentic Mexican. This meal and two drinks (soda) was $40.

Excellent service, great food, very friendly clean !! Husband enjoyed his beef enchiladas and I loved my spinach enchiladas. Generous portions ! We also shared a HUGE slice of pistachio cheesecake ! The day we came there was plenty of parking for our RV.
