Bidra med feedbackOkay, the ambiente is not so cozy now, the restaurant is big and everything goes very fast. one has not raised his appetizer salad to half, there comes the lead. So we only put the salat, and when we have eaten it, only the meat. the quality of the meat dishes is really great. we are filet fans and had in all the years (already as a child the elders have gone with us) only a single complaint - which has been absolutely professionally fixed. it's just a steakhouse, you have to have fun on meat. at the entrance you can check everything in a counter. with beautiful weather you can sit with view in the fields very nice outside - very nice, but also hard again.
We are going to eat steaks already 25 years here and it is always super.The service is fast and friendly we order always our table and this one gets without problems the good jaegerhof recommended to all my friends and work colleagues all were enthusiastic so
So one way forward: I know the good jägerhof since my childhood and have been there again and again in the last 35 years. meanwhile, I feel a little like a time trip "back into the past" because the restaurant is urgently needed for renovation. it radiates a little the charm of the 80's shopping house restaurants: old-fashioned benches, dark terakcotta floors, massive wooden tables (mirk rustic), place decks of paper (the same as since the 80's). Unfortunately, the card has not really changed, because - yes you go here to steakessen, but the taste of the card has changed. the supplement has changed or there are now also cool rubs for meat or more exotic sauces than bernaise and also sweet potato frits. we were as a couple with our daughter in the restaurant and wanted to have spinat for her as a supplement to the bark filerspie instead of the mixed salat (standard at the child plate). our demand has been answered very unconverted with "does not change, then eat the salat and order the spinat as a large standard portion separately". We didn't do that. the fries were laff and pale and the flow was definitiw not a bark fillet but very grow through and tough - really not nice for a small child to eat. the meat of the adult was good, but we were not asked for a desired degree and the supplements were also rather uninspired. for the very proud price (2 adult, 1 child, only main dishes, soft drinks for 80€) we have expected more. we will not be able to stop or even grill our meats.
Have been to this restaurant couple times, the restaurant has lots of seats and mostly you don't need to make reservation. The staff is nice and efficient, the atmosphere is also quite comfortable with good decoration. The price is in acceptable range, but the meat isn't always meeting the expected quality, sometimes just acceptable. Furthermore, I don't understand why they never try to offer a big bottle water, though their business is running so well and shall not be necessary to make much more profit on beverage. After all, it is still quite a popular restaurant, but I won't consider it as first choice. A visit in couple months is enough. For the price/quality ration, there are sufficient choices.
I was looking forward to the rumpsteak with asparagus.The asparagus tasted after nothing, was probably made hot in a lot (he had brownish color). the rumpsteak was good but had felt 100 grams.The operation was very unfriendly and so it was done with good jägerhof forever.
