Isola Verde - Erlangen

We went on a Friday evening without reservation (gasp and the place was full, but they pulled around a few things and got the 4 of us within 5 minutes. then the waiter remembered that my man likes the Italian and said. that they had it in the evening. we were surprised that he remembered that we were just a handful of time. eating is always good and service excellent.

I highly recommend this restaurant: the owners are Italian and speak Italian and their food is excellent! the place is also cozy and warm. If you want a great dessert, try the tartufo (chocolate and vanille.)

Then the waiter remembered that my husband likes the Italian sausage and told him they had it that evening. We were surprised that he remembered as we've only been there a handful of times. The food is always good and service excellent.

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier zum Abendessen, wenn wir mal zu faul zum kochen waren. Der Service ist freundlich. Die Pizzen recht gut aber auch nichts besonderes. Gelegentlich trifft man Gruppen von Italienern hier.

Das Essen war ok (Pizza, Pasta, Fisch). Nur der Service... Wir hatten einen sehr desinteressierten, unaufmerksamen Kellner (Karten eingesammelt bevor überhaupt Essen bestellt werden konnte, kein Lächeln, kein Bitte oder Danke, diverse Missverständnisse, rumgetippe am Handy). Sein Verhalten hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns sehr unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt haben. Deshalb würden wir auch nicht wieder kommen.
