This restaurant really needs to improve. There's always some sort of drama going on, and the pizza was hit or miss. RT is definitely the better choice!

The pizza was delicious, but the service was lacking. I had a bad experience with pickup before, and today, my DoorDash order was completely ignored for 20 minutes. Both a DoorDash customer service representative and I attempted to call the restaurant, but they didn't answer, and their voicemail was full. Overall, not a great experience. Food: 5, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 4.

I found the pizza to be quite disappointing, and nearly all of the soda fountains were broken, leaving only two functioning. For my experience: I dined in for lunch and spent about $20-$30 per person. I would rate the food and service both at a 2, while the atmosphere deserves a 1.
