I ordered the special carne de jugó a dish from Jalisco. It was very good. The menu is very gluten-free friendly. They go to extra careful measures to prevent cross-contamination. Both their corn flour tortillas are handmade! My friend had a carne asada burrito the tortilla for it was homemade! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Escondido needed a place like this. Can't believe they have been here for almost 5 years. Real Authentic mexican food. Everything on the menu is wonderful. A family own business. Daily fresh hand made tortillas.

Wonderful service. The wait is very attentive and responsive. I've passed this place 100s of times and never stopped. That was my loss. Now that I've discovered it I'll definitely return. Very good margaritas.

Los Panchos in Escondido might be the best Mexican restaurant ever! Gluten free options, fabulous salsa, homemade tortillas, enchilada suiza’s were ridiculous!!! The service was also excellent! Will be back
