Mcdonald's - Espanola

So basically this mcdonald's sucks they take forever just for the simplest orders they mess it up every time like I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and they gave me CRISPY CHICKEN. like jesus it's so stupid wouldn't recommend going there they take forever, this annoying lady asked us 8 times how are meals were like oh my lord ... DON'T RECOMMEND

So i get the simplest order every time a crispy chicken snack wrap no ranch... so the first time i ordered it , it was great and greasy second time i ordered the exact same thing not so great they gave me a plain tortilla with a slab of chicken, third time even worse i asked the same thing gave them my money they put EXTRA ranch i was done also service is extremely slow and some of the employees are totally stoned overall dont recommend

Very disappointed.....this was the first time we have ever been to a McDonalds in Canada that did not carry filet-o-fish!!!! Like really....we waited in the drive through line with happy little humans as they were about to get McDs....and then to be told no....blah! We now have a car full of hungry kiddos.....fries will not cut it.The staff member on the drive thru window was polite though.

Really bad drive thru experience. Took far too long for a drive thru 30 minutes is not acceptable. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

So I pre ordered on the app and went inside. 7 orders in the queue and mine was 7th. So these folks were waiting a while. After 8 minutes one order was filled. 6 more to go. I've never seen people who work in fast food move so slow. There's a lot of just standing. It took 3 minutes for the next one. And 5 more people just ordered. Good luck to them. It appears fries are the gold up judging by the urgers in the pass and they gave someone just fries. The last person who ordered. Wth. So the whole time I was waiting and before, a man was standing at the cash waiting to order and they were just ignoring him. I've been waiting 20 minutes for my order. Okay I got it. The burger was room temperature but the fries were burning hot. Which goes to show that the fries were the limiting factor, and yet they gave someone an order and let them skip ahead of everybody
