We were quite honestly surprised by the quality of the menu, so we will go back to try more dishes. We had the braise lamb mouse and it was perfectly cooked with a great sauce, the best I tasted, it was one of their most expensive dishes but they have a wide range of cheaper dishes, I watched as the dishes came out of the kitchen and they all looked perfect with generous portions. We didn't plan to go to the restaurant, we were lucky they had a table because it was entirely booked tonight, so the reservation is recommended especially if they have the regular singer that night that was also a first-class act (Notice of Origin) We were quite honestly surprised by the quality of the menu, we will be going again to try so more dishes. We had the lamb mouse braisee and it was cooked perfectly with a super sauce, the best I’ve tasted, it was one of their more expensive dishes but they have a wide range of less expensive dish, I was watching as the dishes were coming out the kitchen and they all looked perfect with generous helpings. An excellent Tajine with plums and beautiful presentation of plates. to be enjoyed on the terrace, with a view of the Valley. Very pleasant and smiling staff

No one, 1h30 to serve 2 salads, than go back for order, map, wine, and forget the glasses, and 30 minutes for desserts. Kitchen fade, and waitress incompetent. FUIR.
