Tim Hortons - esquimalt

I walked in the one day two people were ahead of me, and I patiently waited. Then, when it was my turn, the cashier looked at me and turned around into the back. A line started forming behind me, growing inpatient and making comments. Me as a obvious gay male with a collar I felt threatened as 6 out of the 11 people are looking at me with scorn and distain. I then decided to quickly leave, and just as I left the door, the staff came back magically to serve everyone else.I never felt so endangered trying to get a coffee and there is a Tim Hortons on the infamous East Hastings and Main surrounded by drugs addicts that are less dangerous then mentally stunted trump loving wannabe country folk.

Advertises food and options that don't exist, no cold coffee.... at a coffee shop? There are some very good employees and then there are a number who need to learn some customer service or at the very least not always seem like they hate life.

Edit what are you telling me to contact guest services for ? Get the manager to clean his store ! You don’t need me to contact you again I won’t set foot in there is filthy .I’m on vacation from Ontario and This store is absolutely gross it is filthy . This is the men’s bathroom you can see the filthy hand prints and finger marks . It needs to be scrubbed then painted . Their outside window doors are filthy and their handles are gross you cannot touch them to open doors . The tables were not clean . The senior staff yelled at other staff while serving me . Can’t believe it . Who speaks to their staff rbis way ? And she has been mentioned in previous reviews and yet again today she yelled at staff and we all can hear you ! FILTHY. This place needs to be cleaned it is so so so dirty .

My go to. Big parking lot. Average service. Food is to be expected.

Though I can not say bad about the food. I'm fully addicted. But even so the pure lack of customer service means I will never set foot in this store again.
