Subway - Essex

I spent buying a vegetable sandwich here on the subway, I was in the oven waiting for bread and when the bread came out of the oven I asked the woman if she could give me that bread that had just come out of the oven and she told me I could not wait until the bread was cold until everything was fine when the bread was ready she told me that I would ask for a courteous cut and I told her my choice and she finished preparing the bread when I paid it I left the store my surprise was When I tasted the bread she gave me, it was not what I had asked for, she made me wait for a bread she did not give me if subway is characterized by bread and fresh ingredients because my request to have fresh bread was not granted and half a bread that was not fresh the lady who attended me is called Jigna and I do not buy again here if they do not give what they say is fresh bread. ????????????????

Went there today I ordered a cold cut on wrap. It was awful the guy who took my order was rude he had no clue how to fix the wrap correctly it fell apart. I was so disappointed such a waste of my $11.00 for sure. I ate 2 bits and threw it away.

Food was fresh. Employees are pleasant and clean. The lady making sandwiches was very patient and helpful while helping me select my options. Great pricing. There is seating inside and free refills for drinks!

They couldn?t really understand English but just enough to know how you want your sub and the man who made are sub was all smiles and friendly even if there was a big language barrier

Usually, I have no problems at this place, but today was different. I stood there for two minutes, watching a guy sitting and eating. He turned around and said he was on lunch and needed 10 minutes. Seriously? I’m starving, and I’m not going to stand there and watch him eat. It's your subway—not mine. Maybe you need to hire more staff. You just lost my business for good. I used to eat here every time I came to Walmart, but not anymore.
