Tim Hortons - Essexville

I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not have several of the items listed on their menu. I attempted to order some sandwiches, only to be informed that they were not available, despite being listed on the menu. I do not fault the employees for this issue, but I do believe that if a dish is consistently unavailable, it should be removed from the menu. The overall service was decent, with a rating of 4 out of 5, as was the atmosphere with a rating of 4 out of 5. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5.

Edit Just went again (thinking 3rd times the charm) and not only were they out of pretty much EVERYTHING what they did have was made incorrectly. I stick by what I said. Save your time. Don’t go. Open your lobby. Idc if you have 2 employees. If you want to have a store front on a busy road then you need to keep the lobby open at all times. There is never no signs that it's closed, doors are locked. What kind of service is this? Drive thru you can't get in because it goes into the road. Management doesn't care. In spite of being short handed, the service was helpful and friendly. They made substitution suggestions when they were out of something. And, now I have discovered that I like the turkey club as a panini rather than the artisan... who knew? My coffee order was spot on. They deserve props for not letting the circumstances affect their service. Great job guys!
