The hotel was great very clean, easy to find your way around. Food was great and drink was good plenty to choose from. Would have been good if there were more shops and things in the location. Lots to do during the day the entertainment. The entertainment at night was good. Staff were very friendly. Animation team were very friendly. Adrian from Animation was good so was Maria and Pilar Reche and Pablo. Adrian was the best. There could be more toilet cubicles round the hotel.

Great if your a family with lots of children......, lots of pools and slides... I thought when I booked it that out of the six pools one would be adult only,but that's not the case,they are all really noisy... The restaurant is absolutely huge and once again there is no getting away from the noise....it was clean and the food was lovely,....adult show doesn't start until 10pm and lasts for 1 hour... Our room was a good size,....Nice fresh linen, nice to have bbc and itv ....little fridge... Take a little travel kettle if you like a early cuppa.... The beach is awful, stones and seaweed.... This hotel is amazing for families, however definitely not for couples....

This four star hotel has a great water park with slides for all the family. Our party was 3 years old to 67 and we all used the water park. 10 days is enough . Boredom sets in as there is little to commend this place once you have cracked all the slides. The beach is terrible and little used. The food is plentiful but all low quality. The booze and entertainment likewise. The lifts only worked once in a while which is not good when you are checking in on the third floor. David of the Tui staff is a cut above what you usually get. Very informative about the area and Gib. in particular. This is not a bad place but with a little more attention to detail it could be better. My only advise is go for 10days no more in fact a week is enough.

Prior to travelling to this hotel I will admit I was concerned and apprehensive about the negative reviews posted by previous guests. Stayed for one week all inclusive 29/05/16 to 05/06/16 myself my wife and 7 yr old grandson. The water park is absolutely fabulous and a great plus, no reserving pool loungers by putting towels on them in the early hours of the morning all access to the pools are fenced off in the evenings and gates are locked. The only fault I could highlight or comment on was the first day the dining room was under staffed however the second day was different as there was sufficient staff on duty. As for the negative reviews about the food I think this is very unfair as there is a good variety of food available in the main dining room and also at the beach club. I overheard a guest complaining that the milk was not adjacent to the coffee/tea dispensing machines and that they had to walk to a designated location were the milk was positioned I found this hilarious and ridiculous the reason for the milk been located away from the machines is that it is positioned on a chillier and the distance is a matter of meters not miles don’t let the negative reviews put you off do not be concerned ,if you are a practable and reasonable individual you will have a fantastic and enjoyable holiday in a spotless and well managed hotel with friendly staff and very good facilities.
