Pizza Hut - Esterville

The last three times we ordered brotsticks, there were no marinara sauce. may not seem like a big thing for some, but for others it is important. last time we didn't order and I called the restaurant to see if marinara should come or if they need to order separately. the man assured me that it should be included. I explained what had happened and suggested that even more training is needed for employees. we ordered tonight and again, not a marinara. seriously!? It's not that difficult. I worked for years in the food industry. get it together, pizza hat!

It is good 90% of the time, the other 10% I had very confused.

Pizza was suppose to be ready at 5:45. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes and then the worker had to come out to my car and ask me what type of pizza I ordered!

The people working there were great and the food was great

I ordered a beef taco pizza, with no variations to the standard offering. When we got the pizza it only had minimal bean sauce, beef, and cheese. No onion, tomato, lettuce, or cheddar cheese. The wings were good and the pasta, breadsticks, and other pizza were just fine. Depends on the day, sometimes this Hut is fire, other days not so much.
