Wayfinder - ESTES PARK

Has potential! Plenty of seating, nice place. Server was terse and impersonal. Maybe short staffed. Shared a French dip with 80yo Mom and we requested 2 cups of auju and was told it would be extra or she'd bring an empty bowl and we could divide it ourselves. Didn't think it was too much trouble to ask the kitchen to do half the amount of Auju in 2 bowls. When it came out was very hot and difficult to transfer. Didn't see server from time we received food until she dropped the bill. No drink refills. Tomato basil soup was wonderful and super hot (temp). French dip was good. Some tables have water view. Overall, service was poor for the price, but food was good.

Food was amazing. Looked beautiful and tasted great. Food prices ranged from $30 to $50 but for the price you got a lot of food!They need a bell for the door but other than that, no complaints. Inside looked clean and nicely decorated with a nice view

The food was incredibly delicious, and the view was stunning. It is definitely on the pricey side, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. I had the chipotle shrimp linguine and the steak with vegetables and potatoes, both of which were fantastic. I chose a wine based on the waitress's recommendation, and it was perfect for me!

We stopped here after a hike, and one of my friends thought she might have dined here previously and enjoyed it. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was laid-back, making for a relaxing conclusion to our fun day. However, the reason I'm giving this place a full 5 stars is that it featured the best meal I had during my 5-day trip to Colorado! The warm ancient grain bowl was not only delicious but also quite filling. The vinaigrette had a unique twist, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. I truly hope I get the chance to come back! (Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well!)

The location is beautiful, and the service was excellent. The pasta was highly impressive. It's a bit on the pricey side, but that seems to be the norm in Estes Park. Overall, I’m grateful for a wonderful dining experience here.
