Ihop - esville

Went to Ihop to eat. We were seated and never waited on. We sat for 20 minutes. The staff were all on their phones. We walked out and ate at the resturant next door. The tables were dirty and no one was doing anything.

They take a lot of time giving food to you, almost 2 hours to eat,

Great food, excellent service, Johana was very attentive and an excellent waitress. Would definitely recommend!

After waiting 40 minutes and having bigger parties go ahead of my family and I, I finally got up to ask what the wait time was for us since we had been waiting so long. Turns out they never wrote our name down. Little girl Janette is the one that took my name she told me the wait was 25 minutes. Instead of writing our name down she was literally playing on her phone, checking out her socials and chatting with the other girl working with her. Like that’s your host? That’s ridiculous. They should be more attentive!

Our waiters Leo and Bella were absolutely amazing! They always checked up on us and made sure we were good with our food and drinks! My sister and I went there to go celebrate our birthdays and they even sang happy birthday to us! Definitely worth the try! But fair warning, it is super busy and it does take a few minutes to get a table.
