Paystreak Brewing - Etna

Food was mediocre. Mac and cheese was pretty terrible and the sandwich was equivalent to one you could make at home. The staff are all really nice and the beers are good, so that gets two stars at least.

The kitchen, which was never great but at least offered some food, is now closed as well. The hours posted say they're open from 3 to 9 PM on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so I went in on a Tuesday expecting to grab a drink and enjoy some live music. There was a band setting up with lights, and when I asked about food, the staff member told me the kitchen was closed. I explained I came for the band and a beer, but the owner mentioned they were just rehearsing and weren't technically open. Despite this, I saw several people inside enjoying cans and bottles of beer. Frustrated, I decided to leave—I wasn’t going to pressure anyone into selling me a beer.

One of the best burgers I've had on this trail, and their Saturday special was outstanding!

The burger here is amazing, and the service is excellent!

I really enjoy their burgers, but they should definitely ask their staff to refrain from promoting their anti-mask stance. It's not a great image for the restaurant.
