Had a coupon from a Subway flyer I received in the mail for buy any footlong get one free. I stood in line, behind 3 people, only to be told by the girl about to take my order that she noticed the coupon I was holding told me that they weren't accepting coupons that day... been a customer at the W Broad Pataskala location for more than 10yrs always used coupons. I will never go back. Food: 1

I was surprised to find out that Subway closes at 4 o'clock in the evening. I went to order a sandwich and the lady informed me that they were already closed.

I had a 2-for-1 voucher and some shops refused to accept it. However, this restaurant happily honored it without any issues. Excellent service.
