My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner at Boston Pizza Dixon before leaving on our flight the next day from T.O. I have to say we had the best waitress I've ever had! Best customer service from Mariah, she greeted us as soon as we walked in, showed us to the table, checked in on us and did a fantastic job of making sure we had a great experience. Thank you Mariah for making our dinner so fabulous! Your customer service is A1! Thank you! If we're ever in town again, we'll be sure to come back! Highly recommend Boston Pizza Dixon if you're looking for a great meal and great customer service.

Just walked in here and wthere were 2 empty booths, 2 empty tables yet somehow at least a 30min wait When questioned they said we have too many customers...so I asked are you short staffed? She said no. I said can we sit in one of the 6 person Booths and wait? She said no. I would avoid this place at all costs. They get overwhelmed with a half full restaurant. Horrible.

Fun restaurant that's great for groups. Food is great and atmosphere is fun. Pizza, appetizers pasta and salads are all delicious.

Took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table but when they came all the said was hi and then continued to walk away from us. The waitress was also extremely slow and did not check on us once and was very rude. One last thing is that it took us a long time to get our food when we were 1 of 4 people in the restaurant during lunch. we mentioned we had a flight to catch, it still look very long to get our food, we had to go get our waitress at the foh for the check. Do not recommend.
