Carribean Lyme - Etobicoke

When we finally received our meals, they weren't hot. Throughout our visit, no one came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Staff would walk past us to the patio, glance our way, but never approached to see how we were doing. After we finished eating, we waited for around 20 minutes hoping for someone to come by, but no one came. My dad called out to one of the women working there—who I presume was the owner's daughter—three times as she walked by, and each time she ignored us. He had to raise his voice before she finally acknowledged us. When she arrived, her attitude was less than pleasant, asking us what we wanted without any warmth. This was our first and last visit. We won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. I'd rate the service a solid negative zero. It's unfortunate because the food was decent, but it could have been much better if it had been served hot. I considered placing a takeout order since I'm from Cambridge, but the poor service completely turned me off. NEVER AGAIN.

The atmosphere is stunning, and the staff, including the owner, is incredibly caring! The food is consistently delicious, featuring fresh and authentic Caribbean-style dishes!

I ordered a full tray of fried rice and a full tray of chow mein, but they were both tasteless and lacked seasoning. The food was very bland, and the rice was hard. I used to purchase these for my events frequently, but I won't be doing that anymore. It feels like a waste of money at $230.

First time checking out Caribbean Lyme and it did not disappoint. Food and service was good. Will be checking out this location again.

Grate outing with friends found this little spot with amazing staff and decent foods.
