Pizza Pizza - Etobicoke

This is the worst pizza pizza. I come here often for the sheer fact that it’s right near my house but every time I come the lady working is rude and hardly speaks. They never change their gloves. They have the worst choices for slices and also usually have some sort of reason why you can’t buy the slice you want. This place needs to sell slices that are fresh, not ones that have been out all day long and look disgusting. I won’t be coming here any more. This was the last chance of hopeful fresh slices and decent service.

I used to like this restaurant, but now I can't rely on my local pizza place to make or even heat up a pizza properly. The woman working at the front put my pizza in the oven and it came out cold, with hard cheese. Even when she sliced it, she could see the dry, cold cheese chipping away, but still served it to me. I recommend avoiding this place. The workers looked very unhappy.

I usually like ordering take out from Pizza Pizza, but this particular location on occasion gets the order wrong at times. The customer service here is also not the best to say the least as they're often very argumentative. The Pizza Pizza at Kipling Ave is definitely better than this one in all aspects. With that said, this location is not the worst one that I've ever been to, but certainly not the best one either.

The pizza at this restaurant is average, no issues there. However, the customer service is extremely poor. When picking up my order, the dipping sauces were loose, so I requested a separate bag for them. Initially, they insisted on putting it into the box with the warm food, which would have spoiled the sauce. After requesting a new bag, the employee working there became very agitated. Eventually, she reluctantly gave me a crumpled up brown paper bag that looked heavily used. When I questioned why they couldn't give me a new one, she had no explanation and even mentioned that the bag she gave me was previously used for cash, which I found quite disgusting. Finally, after insisting, I was given a new bag which they had plenty of. It was unnecessary for them to make such a big ordeal out of simply giving me an extra bag. It felt like they were accusing me of trying to cheat them, when all I wanted was a separate bag for the cold items.

The restaurant is very welcoming and has recently undergone renovations, with a new ceiling, repainted walls, and new garbage cans. There are a variety of pizza options available, including pepperoni, vegetarian, New York-style pepperoni, and Canadian. The restaurant is clean and the pizza is very enjoyable overall.
