Pizza Pizza - Etobicoke

I will start by saying this Pizza Pizza location makes really good food. The pizza is very good, wings are crispy, drinks are cold, and they rarely make mistakes on the order. However, the delivery drivers need some serious attitude adjustments. I always tip in cash because we order through our company and don’t expense tips, but this is the second time a driver (not even the same one) has aggressively pointed out that he didn’t receive a tip online, demanding for me to sign and give him a tip since it wasn’t inputted onlin when ordered. Super negative experience tonight.

This a less than steller pizza pizza experience I've ever had.I've not ordered for years but my son was remembering pizza pizza. So I gave it a try!So, then right at the delivery time I received a call saying they were stuck in traffic and it would be 10 to 20 minutesThe closest pizza to my location is 3 km away 7 minutes right now! how is it possible that it took so long??The pizza eventually arrived he called and said he was in the lobby I went down and he was not thereI had to call at 514 phone (long distance) and asked him where he was he said in the lobby not my lobby.He must have gone to the wrong place. So then he hung up. I went upstairs to my apartment.Then he called again so I went all the way down again and there he was coming in the front door not the back door.These were explicit instructions to use the parking lot entry and to call upon arrival. He did not follow the address or the instructionsThen, he opened up the heating bag and handed me the bag of cold drinks which were no longer cold and the dipping sauce which was now warm.And 2 warmish pizzas cannot imagine how that happened cold drinks/dips inside a bag meant to keep the pizza hot.When i mentioned this to him he said that next time there would be something on the houseWhy would I order again????This was a very expensive trip down memory lane

They said the pizza takes 20 minutes, I waited 1 hour. I will not come again.But the pizza is delicious.

The pizza was undercooked despite my request for it to be well done, and it was missing some toppings.

The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. I ordered a medium walk-in special. However, there was very little mozzarella on it. Now I understand why it’s called a walk-in special—you get what you pay for.
