Everything is great, but their pre-made burgers are the absolute best. The 8oz Brisket/Bacon/Cheddar always impresses anyone who tries one. Their 4oz 'regular ' burgers are probably 80/20 in meat/fat and are delicious because of that. You need to be careful cooking them as they may flame more than you are used to.
First time at steak master. Amazing quality and service. Highly recommend. The whole family enjoyed everything.
Get to know your butcher! They get to know you and your preference. Love this place.
