You need to use a blow torch to cook the burgers. The service was good, but the burger was unusable, completely burned out.

Worst place to eat. Food will make you sick. Pearl is the rest person ever seen to work in a customer service field.

That place was nasty the food was burnt we waited a hour for food to get to us then couldn't eat it because of it was burnt then paid 33.76 for it I don't think that anyone should eat there

WORST food and cook EVER!!!! Service fair, unprofessional, crude, close to repulsive...and I am not super picky!!! Bleached blonde cook complaining ON and ON of having to cook and discussing personal, employee and diner problems very LOUD! Wish I had stopped at conv. store for crackers and drink!

It seems the cook was grumbling loudly enough for him to hear about how she disliked heating the grill so hot for the hash browns. That might explain why he had to finish cooking them once he got home—they were still raw. The two pieces of Bacon also required additional cooking at our place. This was not the ideal way to start a beautiful Sunday morning. At around 3 PM, during another bout of venting, he mentioned that the total cost was $10.00. It’s disappointing to be scolded for ordering breakfast, even if it had been free. I will absolutely never eat there again. I’m sorry for the owners, but they need to be aware of what is happening in their own restaurant. It could be a fantastic place to dine, especially in a smaller area like Etowah, but it’s a shame to see a couple of bitter employees tarnish the reputation of a nice establishment for the entire community.
