Arby's - Euclid

I called around 7 PM with a large order for my employees at UPS. I initially planned to place half of the order online and the other half over the phone. The manager, Keshia, and her team were incredibly kind and professional. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had neatly packed everything into two boxes for my convenience. I also ordered a mocha shake, which they made perfectly, topped with whipped cream and a swirl of chocolate. Two of the male employees even helped carry the boxes to my car. My UPS team really enjoyed the sliders. Afterward, I learned that the manager wanted to treat us to a second round of dinner, so I quickly decided to order from Arby's as well. Overall, it was a great experience!

The chicken bacon ranch I had at this place was not up to par. It's amusing that I requested a napkin, and they put it in the bag instead of handing it to me. I get why they did that—because the entrance was a mile long. Shaking my head.

Do you know what they offer? Friendly and attentive service. Food: 5/5!

I often go to this place. the personal is really so friendly and I had only one mix on my order, but I would recommend this place

Very friendly staff. From out of town and stopped to eat many places, Arbys staff was by far the nicest off all.
