The restaurant has shifted from a Southern Creole focus to a stronger French influence, which I believe places them in a more challenging category for evaluation. The service and atmosphere are fantastic, and the food is excellent, but it feels like they are losing some of their Southern charm. On the bright side, the prices are still reasonable.

The food was decent and the serving staff were excellent, but I was disappointed to see staff members smoking cigarettes just outside the venue. It doesn’t present a good impression, even if it's around the corner. Customers can see outside, so I would encourage the staff to be more mindful of this.

The crab beignets were delightful, but I ordered my steak medium rare and it arrived more on the medium well side. I was disappointed that they couldn't cook it properly considering the price.

I personally do not have a palette for this type of food. We ordered a charcuterie board, which was very delicious. Minus whatever fish paste was on there. I gagged to be honest and I really enjoy fish. The flavor profile wasn't there. The main dish for me was just ok. Again a palette thing, im hoping. The person I was eating with ate 3 bites and pretty much decided it was inedible. Their drinks had really fun names and were quite delicious. For the price of the food and the flavor, I personally will not return. Our bill was 120ish dollars for 1 app 2 dinner entrees and 1 alcoholic beverage.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The food was absolutely great, the meat cuts were perfect and served as if an artist was creating a masterpiece. The best part was the mix of flavors, which were exceptional and made every dish worth the money. Plus, the food was served really fast, adding to the overall positive experience. A special shoutout goes to Raquel, who greeted me upon arrival. Although she wasn't my waiter, she took the time to recommend different plates and explain each one in detail. She asked all the right questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Raquel is a truly exceptional employee and made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Raquel also recommended a new pineapple drink that was really good, definitely a refreshing choice that complemented the meal perfectly. Additionally, you have the option to dine inside or outside, which is a great touch. This place is Highly recommended!
