Burrito Boy - Eugene

The restaurant is clean. The staff is informed about the menu. The food is very good. The disadvantage is that the staff of this restaurant acts as if you do not exist in the room. They are unprofessional with how they guide themselves when they do not observe customers.

Good Mexican food. Chili rellenos, good flavors, generous with guacamole. Very affordable, delicious food. My only wish is that they would stop using Styrofoam boxes to pack them. Some males do not seem to know that paper cartons easily break into the landfills.

Attention and good food, unfortunately, their spices are not entirely parable to the other Burrito Boy locations. I don't know if I went on a bad day or what, but it was otherwise great!

Service and quality have fallen in the last 4 or so months. This is a fired Chile Relleno Burrito, which I observed to be pulled out of the microwave. The egg is hard and crispy, completely burned. Unbelievable. Disgusting. Burrito was so hot I got burns at my fingertips from the micro weaving. This place used to be good....will not go back.

I think food safety is sketchy. Twice my food was cold, so cold the cheese was not melted. I pulled a big chunk of cold cheese out of my Chile Rellenos burrito. If food is not heated to temp then my trust is gone. Can?t risk third try.
