Chili's - Eugene

Our party consisted of 2 adults and one child. We were sat fairly fast and our waiter brought our drinks promptly. After that it all went downhill we both ordered fajitas, and the child ordered a burger. After the waiter coming buy and refilling our drinks he told us that he would bring our food right out 15 min later another girl brings our food, right then we asked her to bring more tortillas. Let’s just say we never saw her again! It took another 15 min for the waiter to come ask if everything was ok when in fact it was not. Fajitas came out on a sizzling plate the onions and peppers were hot but the meat was cold, luke warm at best. So when you spend 16.99 a plate I kind of figure that it’s all going to be hot. So finally we had to send it back, when he takes it we ask him again to bring more tortillas. When he brings back the food still has no tortillas yet tells us we will bring them right over. By now I’m getting ticked cause I had one tortilla for one fajita and that was it, then I had to wait yet another 20 min for the waiter or anyone to check on us. So my food got cold yet again I asked for a manager to come over and he did. We sent it back for the 2nd time then and had them reheat it. He wanted to offer us a desert and frankly I was pissed, I would have liked to just get my dinner ate. So he ended up taking about 20 dollars off our bill but still what a joke. I would def. not ever go back Needless to say I was sick later that night because I am pretty sure the shrimp were undercooked! EWWW.

This is hands down the best dining spot in the mall. I usually order the BBQ chicken salad, but my absolute favorite is the fried shrimp with tequila lime sauce. The servers are incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

I took my aunt to this restaurant for the last time before she passed away, and I’m thrilled to say it was an excellent experience. There’s nothing worse than going out with someone and having a disappointing time; it reflects poorly on me and my choices. Our waiter was fantastic—he clearly loved his job and was incredibly helpful, checking on us regularly without being intrusive. He was attentive to details like napkins and drinks, so we never had to ask for anything. We opted to sit outside, and usually, that means subpar service with staff constantly going in and out. However, it was surprisingly nice; even though we were next to a parking lot, it was quiet, and we didn’t encounter any loud or bothersome patrons. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing experience.

We typically only dine here when we’re at the mall. They stopped serving my favorite margarita grilled tuna, which is disappointing. During our last visit, we ordered the shrimp fajitas, and they turned out quite good. Since we weren't very hungry, we decided to share the dinner, but the waiter added extra shrimp without checking with us first, so the bill ended up being a bit higher than we expected. Nevertheless, we will continue to come back for the convenience.
