Bad mood here. Employees who compete with customers over the door Dash orders. Through our whole meal. felt very unpleasant
Today I found a 3 inch hair in my sandwich. It wasn 't just laying on the meat, IT WAS WOVEN INTO THE SHREDDED TURKEY, so as I would try to pull it out, it broke into two pieces. So I ended up gutting my sandwich and pulling it all out. I am VERY disappointed as this place is right by my apartment and I don 't think me and my boyfriend will be coming back. There were a few girls working that did not have hair nets. They had their hair up yes, but they had 'fly aways ' and I 'm afraid it got into my sandwich. I 'm not trying to be THAT person as I have worked in the fast food business and even though I wasn 't around food (I worked the drive thru) I had to wear a hair net.
Not only the food delicious, the customer service is exceptional! They are immediately greeted at the door and the team is efficient there. Love stops at my lunch break!
Quick friendly service, clean, convenient for lunch breaks, and the hot club on a Sub is my favorite!
